We now offer 1-day workshops designed to help you break into medical sales by developing your medical sales resume, enhancing your interviewing skills, and expanding your networking. Our pricing is significantly below the average rate for hourly 1:1 career coaching, making it a great option! Avoid falling for certifications or 'career college' scams. All of our mentors are seasoned, experienced medical sales professionals, ready to guide your preparation with individualized, tailored insights, not just 'one size fits all' coaching.
During this workshop, we will explore how to break into medical sales and prepare to become a top candidate for medical sales jobs. Topics will cover writing an impactful medical sales resume, effective networking strategies, and essential interview skills. This class offers the chance to practice and receive valuable feedback from current or former medical sales managers, providing individual insight, feedback and coaching.
Regardless of location, you can meet with a mentor on your schedule. Similar to the in-person workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of writing a medical sales resume and cover letter, as well as developing and practicing interview skills essential for medical sales jobs. This program is uniquely tailored to one participant at a time, allowing your mentor to provide specific feedback and coaching to your background and unique strengths. Program consists of 3 one-hour virtual sessions.
After you complete an in-person or virtual workshop, you will have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with a mentor as part of your career development journey. Although not required, many participants find this helpful for continual interview practice, resume updates, or general coaching. *Must complete one of the above coaching programs in order to continue as an hourly client.

MedRep Mentor Program Participant Agreement
By enrolling in and completing payment for a MedRep Mentor program, I acknowledge my participation in an in-person or virtual coaching workshop or session. As a condition of participation, I understand and agree to the following:
· I will comply with all rules outlined herein and any additional written instructions provided prior to the session(s).
· Cancellations or rescheduling of any session, whether virtual or in person, must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to ensure eligibility for a rescheduled date or refund. Requests made within 48 hours do not guarantee rescheduling or refunds.
· All workshop materials (virtual, in-person, or otherwise) are the property of MedRep Mentor. Distribution, sharing, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
· I will not photograph or record any aspect of program sessions, instructors/mentors, or participants. Audio or video recording of in-person or virtual sessions is expressly prohibited.
· I understand that MedRep Mentor programs and workshops offer guidance and coaching for career preparation in medical sales; however, participation does not imply or guarantee employment in this or any other field.
· It is my responsibility to attend all scheduled meetings or workshops, whether in person or virtual. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any refund, either full or partial.
· Without prior written agreement from a MedRep Mentor representative, instruction or coaching time will adhere to the originally scheduled duration and will not be extended due to early arrival, lateness, or any other reason.
· I am responsible for ensuring adequate technology and internet connectivity for participation in virtual sessions. Inability to participate at the scheduled start and end time will not entitle me to any refund. Time reserved with a Mentor is exclusive; therefore, non-attendance will result in charging the original session fee as a cancellation fee. If a package is purchased, no price adjustments will be made; outstanding sessions will be fulfilled minus any missed time.
· I will treat all program participants with courtesy and respect, including upholding privacy rights. Bullying, hazing, threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior or language—whether in person, virtually, or through electronic communication—is strictly prohibited.
· I will respect all classroom and meeting room properties and act responsibly. I understand that I am liable for any damage I may cause.
